Zakharchenko: DPR to adopt death penalty law
DONETSK. Jan 23 (Interfax) - The leadership of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) is preparing to legalize the death penalty.
"A law on the death penalty will be adopted in the DPR," the self-proclaimed republic's head Alexander Zakharchenko said at a meeting with university students on Friday.
