Putin: Double standards fully manifested in southeastern Ukraine
MOSCOW. Jan 27 (Interfax) - The danger of double standards in the resolution of global problems has manifested itself with renewed vigor in southeastern Ukraine, President Vladimir Putin said.
"History shows to what dangerous line mankind can be brought by aspirations of world dominance and what military pressure on sovereign states and disrespect for their rights can be fraught with," he said, speaking at the Moscow Jewish Museum and Tolerance Center on Tuesday.
"And we also know the dangerous and destructive nature of double standards and indifference towards the fate of others, which has been exhibited in today's tragedy in southeastern Ukraine where civilians of Donbas, Luhansk, have been being killed in cold blood for months," Putin highlighted.
