MOSCOW. Jan 27 (Interfax) - Reducing the government's stake in OJSC United Grain Company (UGC) below controlling is possible, but only if the Agriculture Ministry agrees, Deputy Economic Development Minister and Director of the Federal Property Agency (Rosimushchestvo) Olga Dergunova said at a briefing on Tuesday in Moscow.

"Whether or not the privatization of United Grain Company is possible - it is possible, lower than 50%. Whether it is sensible to do this now, when there is controversy between agencies, especially at the level of minister
