Presidential decree to specify civil servants to be banned from opening foreign bank accounts- Kremlin official
ANOSINO, Moscow region. Jan 29 (Interfax) - A presidential decree is being drafted that will specify Russian civil servants who will be subject to the Russian authorities' ban on opening accounts at foreign banks and using foreign financial instruments.
"The list of those whom it will effect will be determined in the near future. An appropriate draft decree of the president of Russia is already being prepared," Russian presidential chief-of-staff Sergei Ivanov said at a meeting with regional governors on Thursday.
