Ukraine should resume fulfillment of Minsk agreements for talks to begin - DPR

MOSCOW. Jan 28 (Interfax) - The administration of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) believes specific actions taken by the conflict parties should help resume the peace process in Minsk.

"Specific actions need to be taken in order for the negotiations to become constructive, on which the republic has insisted for a long time," Denis Pushilin, who represents the DPR in the Minsk negotiations, told Interfax on Wednesday.

He reiterated that Ukraine is currently not showing any readiness for peace dialogue with its actions. "Ukraine has done everything possible not to follow the Minsk agreements and it continues violating them daily," Pushilin said.
