DPR, LPR loyal to Minsk agreements - DPR negotiator
MINSK. Jan 31 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic on Saturday reiterated loyalty to the Minsk agreements.
"We remain loyal to the earlier Minsk agreements and act accordingly, not violating them," the DPR representative at peace talks, Denis Pushilin, told reporters.
