Ukrainian president's ceasefire order main term for further Minsk talks - Donetsk, Luhansk republics' envoys

MOSCOW. Feb 1 (Interfax) - An end to Ukrainian shelling attacks with heavy weapons against peaceful Donbas cities is the main precondition for further talks in Minsk, the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics' envoys said in a statement responding to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe's criticism.

"Since we no longer trust words, ceasefire must be confirmed by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko's official ceasefire order for the Ukrainian armed forces and National Guard. This order must be posted on the Ukrainian president's official website," the statement says

The Contact Group said in a statement on the OSCE's website on Sunday, that representatives of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk republics were not prepared to discuss its proposals in Minsk on Saturday.
