NATO planning exercises in Georgia for 2015

BRUSSELS. Feb 4 (Interfax) - The North Atlantic alliance will hold exercises in Georgia by the end of this year, a source in the NATO headquarters told reporters on Tuesday, on the condition of anonymity.

He said NATO planned to hold exercises in Georgia within the framework of cooperation projects.

In view of the February 5 meeting of the NATO-Georgia Commission, the NATO headquarters has announced the prospective opening of an alliance's training center in Georgia, which will coach servicemen of the alliance and its partner states.

These plans will be on the agenda of the NATO-Georgia Commission's sitting.
