John Kerry to visit Tbilisi soon - Georgian foreign minister

TBILISI. Feb 5 (Interfax) - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will visit Tbilisi in the near future, Georgian Foreign Minister Tamara Beruchashvili told journalists on Thursday summing up outcomes of her visit to Washington.

Kerry will take part in a plenary session within the framework of the U.S.-Georgia Charter on Strategic Partnership, she said.

A delegation from the U.S. Department of Commerce will also visit Georgia in March, Beruchashvili said. She suggested that this would be "a good opportunity for American business to familiarize itself with the investment climate in Georgia" and "yet another important step in developing trade and economic relations."
