Aterra Capital's Granovsky joins Silver Bear board of directors
MOSCOW. Feb 6 (Interfax) - Boris Granovsky, a co-founder and managing partner of Alexei Mordashov's Aterra Capital, has joined the board of directors at Silver Bear, which is based in Canada and develops silver projects in Russia.
"In addition, the company announces that Mr. Boris Granovsky has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company, replacing Ms. Anastasia Gracheva. The company would like to thank Ms. Gracheva for her continued support and wish her all the best in future endeavors," Silver Bear said in a statement. Gracheva is a former metallurgy analyst with UBS and represented Aterra Capital's interests on Silver Bear's board of directors in 2014.
Gracheva has joined management at gold producer Polyus Gold (PGIL), the controlling shareholder of OJSC Polyus Gold .
Polyus Gold told Interfax that Gracheva joined the company at the end of 2014 as the mergers & acquisitions director.
