"The government must create a significant reserve for urgent action. Anything can happen during the year both in terms of external and internal influences. Emergencies may occur. To address this issue, I instructed the government to create a reserve in the amount of 250 billion tenge," he said at the government meeting on Wednesday (185.05 tenge/$1 on Feb 11).
