Chiefs of Ukrainian, Russian General Staffs to discuss ceasefire control

KYIV. Feb 12 (Interfax) - The chiefs of the Ukrainian and Russian General Staffs will negotiate control over the Donbas ceasefire on Friday, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.

"General Staff Chief [Viktor] Muzhenko acting on my orders and Russian General Staff Chief [Valery] Gerasimov, who has been given similar instructions, will negotiate effective control over the compliance with the ceasefire regime," Poroshenko told reporters in Minsk on Thursday, after the "Normandy Four" talks.
