Observers to look into every violation of Donbas truce - Purgin
MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax) - The warring sides in Donbas should cease fire simultaneously and every violation should be thoroughly examined, self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) People's Council Speaker Andrei Purgin told Interfax on Friday.
"The document signed in Minsk requires a simultaneous ceasefire by the sides of this conflict. There may be some individual engagements in a later period, which is why a period between the ceasefire and the pullback of armaments will be provided for normalizing the situation and stopping the clashes," Purgin said.
In his words, every possible provocation will be recorded.
"Every case of the sort will be brought to the table and observers will hold an inquiry into its causes, the source of gunfire and the like," Purgin said.
