OSCE monitors did not travel to Debaltseve on Sunday - Donetsk militia spokesman

DONETSK. Feb 15 (Interfax) - The defense ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's republic has denied claims that representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe traveled to Debaltseve.

"I have met with their representatives. None of them have traveled there, or been there," Eduard Basurin, military spokesman for there self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, told the media.

Media reports said earlier, citing OSCE representatives, that OSCE monitors had not been cleared into a district in Debaltseve.
