Ukraine forces didn't leave Debaltseve in an organized manner, were 'crushed' - DPR

MOSCOW. Feb 18 (Interfax) - The chief external negotiator of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, denied "a blatant lie" by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that Ukraine was carrying out a "planned and organized" troop withdrawal from Debaltseve on Wednesday.

"Poroshenko is telling what is purely and simply a blatant lie when he says that some units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have left Debaltseve with all their weapons
