Militia withdraws 20 units of heavy weaponry from frontline - DPR
DONETSK. Feb 19 (Interfax) - The army command of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) has withdrawn 20 units of heavy military hardware from the line of contact in compliance with the latest Minsk accords, Eduard Basurin of the Defense Ministry of the DPR told the Rossiya 24 television station on Thursday.
"We withdrew eight self-propelled artillery weapons, six D-30 weapons and six BM-21 Grad systems," he said.
The weapons were pulled out from three sectors of the contact line in the Telmanove district, Yelenivka and Yasynuvata, he added.
