DPR to keep OSCE monitors safe in Debaltseve - Pushilin

MOSCOW. Feb 19 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) is ready to ensure the security of OSCE monitors in Debaltseve, DPR chief negotiator Denis Pushilin said.

"Given stabilization in Debaltseve and adjoining areas, the DPR is ready to ensure safe operation of the OSCE in every part of this district," Pushilin said.
