Almaz-Antei Concern eyeing service center options abroad

BANGALORE (India). Feb 20 (Interfax-AVN) - Almaz-Antei Concern is expecting to open a center servicing air defense systems in China, Almaz-Antei Deputy General Director for Foreign Economic Activity Vyacheslav Dzirkaln told Interfax-AVN.

"It is planned to open a service center in China. But you should remember that this is a rather slow process: the project needs a relevant legal support and the sides need to reach consensus over the tasks the new center will have, its location and even building contractors," Dzirkaln said at the Aero India 2015 international show.

The opening of service centers is a very serious and important undertaking, and the concern is keen on this option, he emphasized.
