Novorossiysk port handles 16.2% more cargo in January

MOSCOW. Feb 20 (Interfax) - The Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP) Group handled 12.7 million tonnes of cargo in January 2015, 16.2% more than in the same month of last year, the parent company OJSC NCSP said in a statement.

Tanker cargo handling grew 16.1% to 10.243 million tonnes, bulk cargo - 31.9% to 963,300 tonnes, general cargo - 10.4% to 1.093 million tonnes and container cargo - 2% to 367,300 tonnes.
