DPR reports ceasefire in Donetsk
MOSCOW. Feb 24 (Interfax) - A ceasefire was observed in Donetsk on Tuesday morning, the Donetsk city administration of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) said.
"As of 9 a.m., there had been no hostilities in the city. Residents were not reporting any incidents either," says a report posted on the administration website.
According to the website, 72 electric substations and 40 boiler houses remain disabled. Gas supply has been cut off to 5,295 households.
"Public transport service is good," the report said.
