No date set for new meeting of Normandy Four leaders - Peskov
MOSCOW. Feb 24 (Interfax) - The date of a new meeting of the Normandy Four leaders has not been discussed as of yet, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"There is no concrete date as of yet. It would be premature to speak about it until we have results of the meeting [held between the foreign ministers of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine in Paris]," Peskov told the Russian News Service.
The Normandy Four foreign ministers are holding a meeting in Paris on Tuesday.
The Rossiya 1 channel asked Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview on Monday whether Minsk-3 or urgent diplomatic measures of Russia were possible in the case of escalation of tensions in Ukraine. "That would be unnecessary for now," the president replied.
