DPR, LPR set to carry on trans-border cooperation with Russia
ROSTOV-ON-DON. Feb 26 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics are set to carry on close trans-border cooperation with Russia even after the conflicting sides fulfill the Minsk deal.
"Even if every provision of the Minsk deal is met, we will still insist on the transboundary nature of our districts," DPR chief negotiator Denis Pushilin told reporters.
