Diplomats to agree on date of Putin's visit to Cyprus - Peskov

NOVO-OGARYOVO. Feb 26 (Interfax) - Diplomats will agree on the date of Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to the Republic of Cyprus by the invitation of Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"The issue will be coordinated through diplomatic channels," he told reporters on Thursday.

Anastasiades who was invited to attend the upcoming V-Day anniversary in Moscow on Wednesday invited Putin to visit Cyprus in turn.
