Russia not forecasting sharp rise in fuel prices in spring - Dvorkovich
MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - The Russian government is not forecasting a sharp rise in fuel prices this spring, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich told journalists at an economic forum in Krasnoyarsk.
"They shouldn't [rise], no. Such forecasts don't [exist]," he said.
