MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - A new report by the OSCE monitors in southeastern Ukraine will acknowledge the end of a hot phase of the conflict in Donbas, says Russia's permanent representative at the OSCE Andrei Kelin.

"The monitors' report on events of yesterday and the beginning of today is to be made public any minute. It says that monitors are accompanying convoys of weapons being withdrawn in the Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics," Kelin said.

"This is a very important point. This is the acknowledgement that, as it seems, the most acute phase, the phase of firing, is nearing its end, for which we all hope very much," Kelin said on the Rossiya-24 news television channel on Friday.
