Normandy Four leaders to discuss fulfillment of Minsk agreements today - Ushakov
MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - The leaders of the 'Normandy Four' countries (Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine) will have a phone conversation on Monday, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
"The implementation of the measures approved in Minsk on February 12 will be discussed today at 10:00 p.m.," Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov told reporters.
