Gutseriev transfers 10 Russneft assets to Neftisa, buys another six oil assets

MOSCOW. March 3 (Interfax) - Russneft founder and owner Mikhail Gutseriev transferred a number of assets from one oil company to another in 2014.

Gutseriev transferred 10 oil assets from Russneft to Neftisa, according to the latter company's earnings report. The transfers concerned: 100% of Consortium K-12 LLC, United Oil Company LLC, Ryabskoye LLC, OJSC Novosibirskneftegaz , and OJSC Udmurtskaya Natsionalnaya Kompaniya; 78.65% of OJSC Udmurtgeologia , 72.17% of OJSC Severnoyeneftegaz; 67.65% of OJSC Uralskaya Neft; 51% of OJSC Udmurtskaya Neftyanaya Kompaniya; and 38.62% in PAO Belkamneft.

In addition, Neftisa took stakes in six new oil assets: 100% of Yedinye Neftepromyslovye Energetischeskaya Kompaniya LLC (ENES) and CJSC Chety Neft; and 90% in PIT Sibintek LLC, Unitoil Limited, CJSC Samararostopprom and OJSC Komnedra.
