Military unit of Minsk agreements being implemented, political process at zero point - Karasin
BERLIN. March 6 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said some processes on the implementation of the Minsk agreements on Ukraine have begun, but the political process is still at the zero point.
"Some processes have begun, primarily it applies to the military unit of the Minsk agreements, but, unfortunately, the political process is still at the zero point," he told reporters in Berlin.
The Russian diplomat said that "all initiatives proposed by Kyiv on international sites fully rule out the involvement of representatives of Donetsk and Luhansk in these processes."
"It's sad and we will discuss it today," Karasin said.
