MOSCOW. March 6 (Interfax) - A Friday meeting on Ukraine in Berlin between high-ranking diplomats from the Normandy Quartet countries with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe participation was not easy but productive, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and State Secretary Grigory Karasin said in an interview with Interfax.
