Military-Industrial Commission discusses program to develop weapon systems

MOSCOW. March 7 (Interfax) - Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin has announced that the Military-Industrial Commission's senior officials met on Friday to discuss the development of weapon systems and the appointment of general designers.

"The Military-Industrial Commission's board discussed a draft R&D plan today to develop weapon systems, as well as systemic issues we will be guided by while proposing nominations for general designers to be confirmed in President Vladimir Putin's decrees," Rogozin said on Twitter.
