Ukraine's recovery impossible without Russian assistance - Spanish foreign minister

MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo believes that it will be impossible to restore Ukraine without Russia's assistance.

"We think that Russia should cooperate in rebuilding Ukraine because this goal cannot be achieved without Russia," he told a press conference after talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday.
