Russia-EU partnership to be restored but in different way - Russian envoy

MOSCOW. March 23 (Interfax) - Russia's envoy to the EU Vladimir Chizhov believes that the restoration of strategic partnership between Russia and the European Union is inevitable in the future but its nature will change.

"I think, and in this case it is my personal opinion, that partnership between Russia and the EU is inevitable, its restoration is inevitable, but in a different manner, not the way it was," Chizhov said during a Moscow - Brussels video link-up on Monday.
