Nazarbayev to compete with two others in presidential elections - Central Elections Commission

ASTANA. March 25 (Interfax) - The Kazakh Central Elections Commission (CEC) has finished the registration of presidential candidates to run in upcoming elections.

The candidates registered by the CEC are incumbent President Nursultan Nazarbayev nominated by the Nur Otan party, Turgun Syzdykov, the secretary of the Central Committee of the Kazakh Communist People's Party, and Abelgazi Kusainov, a self-nominated candidate heading the Kazakh Trade Unions Federation.
