Gazprom in 2015 to lay first 70-80 km of Power of Siberia - Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk chief
MOSCOW. March 27 (Interfax) - LLC Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk is planning to lay the first 70-80 kilometers of Power of Siberia in 2015, the company's CEO Anatoly Titov said at an annual meeting of the Russian Gas Society.
Titov said that Stroytransgaz is already working to clear the route and that in April of this year the remaining tenders will be held.
The first stage of the Power of Siberia includes 2,136 kilometers of pipeline.
Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk is the ordering party for the Power of Siberia gas pipeline construction project.
