Surgutneftegas boosts 2014 RAS earnings 3.5-fold to 892 bln rubles
MOSCOW. March 30 (Interfax) - Surgutneftegas boosted net profit to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) 3.5-fold in 2014 to 891.7 billion rubles, the oil company said in a report.
This was just short of the 912 billion rubles that analysts predicted in a consensus forecast for Interfax.
The company's ordinary shares rose 2% to 35.81 rubles each on the Moscow Exchange immediately following the announcement. Preferred shares were up 3.5% in price to 43.08 rubles.
