Russia could have $80 bln capital outflow in 2015 - World Bank

MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - Russia could have capital outflow of about $80 billion in 2015, Birgit Hansl, the World Bank's Lead Economist for Russia, told a briefing in Moscow.

"As for capital outflow, the tendency was such that we saw fairly substantial removal of capital in 2014, but we expect this to be lower in 2015, maybe $80 billion," she said.

The Central Bank of Russia estimates net capital outflow at $151 billion in 2014.
