OSCE has never debated status of Crimea - Kelin

MOSCOW. April 3 (Interfax) - Russian envoy to the OSCE Andrei Kelin said the issue of the status of Crimea has never been on the agenda of the OSCE.

"The OSCE has never debated the status of Crimea," said on a televised video link from Vienna.
