Nemtsov children given victim status

MOSCOW. March 5 (Interfax) - All four children of the slain opposition politician Boris Nemtsov have been recognized as victims in their father's murder probe, defense attorney Vadim Prokhorov said.

"Zhanna, Dina, Anton and Sofya Nemtsov have been given the status of victim," Prokhorov told Interfax.

He said he would represent the interests of the Nemtsov children. "From now on we will file pleas, and they will keep us informed about decisions to order forensic expert examinations etc," Prokhorov said.
