Lavrov: both parties violate Donbass ceasefire

BERLIN. April 14 (Interfax) - According to OSCE assessments both parties violate ceasefire in Donbass, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"We have talked toady with OSCE representatives. Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Heidi Tagliavini and head of the Special Monitoring Mission [in Ukraine Ertugrul] Apakan showed us an objective picture of what is happening," Lavrov told journalists in the wake of a meeting of Normandy Format foreign ministers in Berlin on Tuesday.

"Violations, regretfully, happen on both sides. This is reflected in daily reports of the OSCE mission. We call in our statement to stop any incident and to strictly adhere to what our leaders agreed on, which is the ceasefire and the withdrawal of heavy arms in line with the agreed schedule," Lavrov said.
