Putin appoints deputy head of presidential property management department Kondratyev acting head of Krasnodar Territory

MOSCOW. April 22 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered Veniamin Kondratyev, who holds the post of deputy head of the presidential property management department, to fulfill the duties of governor of the Krasnodar Territory until the election in September of this year.

Putin met in the Kremlin with Kondratyev and the current Krasnodar Territory Governor Alexander Tkachev, who in his turn, was offered the post of Russian Agriculture Minister.
