Enel Russia may pay dividend of 0.080731 rubles per share from retained earnings
MOSCOW. April 22 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Enel Russia has recommended that shareholders vote at the AGM to accept a dividend totaling about 2.856 billion rubles, paid from retained earnings in previous periods, which amounts to 0.080731 rubles per share, the company reported.
Retained earnings post-dividend payment will amount to approximately 14.7 billion rubles.
The dividend payment amounts to 40% of the net profit in 2014: 7.139 billion rubles.
Enel Russia will hold the AGM on June 17. Shareholder votes on the standard issues are schedule: dividends, election of the new board of directors and audit commission, and confirmation of the company auditor.
