UWC has contracts for 10,200 railcars in 2015, negotiating 3,000 more

MOSCOW. April 24 (Interfax) - United Wagon Company (UWC), a major Russian manufacturer of railcars, has firm contracts to produce 10,200 railcars in 2015, the company said in a presentation.

This includes 9,900 gondola cars, 200 flatcars and 100 hoppers.

The company is also hammering out contracts for the delivery of another 2,000 gondola cars and 500 hoppers and negotiating an order for 400 flatcars and 100 tank cars.
