Rosneft changes management, instead of Pavlov and Votinov, Shishkin and Narushevich to join
MOSCOW. April 24 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Rosneft has confirmed changes to the composition of the company's management board, the oil company said in a statement.
Instead of Igor Pavlov, who owns a minority share package in the company, and the vice president for capital construction, Andrei Votinov, on the management board of Rosneft, the vice president for energy and localization, Andrei Shishkin, and the vice president for domestic service, Yury Narushevich, were elected.
Rosneft materials show that Pavlov owns 280,465 shares in the oil company, or 0.0026%. He joined the management board in June 2012, when he was vice president of the company. Pavlov moved to the position vice president for refining and petrochemicals in March 2013 and left this position in November 2014. Based on company data, he currently serves in the management bodies of a number of organizations, but does not hold any positions at Rosneft.
Rosneft's management board has 13 members. They include company president Igor Sechin (chairman of the management board); senior vice president Eric Liron; vice president for HR Yury Kalinin; vice president Larisa Kalanda; vice president and chief of staff Rashid Sharipov; vice president for refining, petrochemicals, commerce and logistics Didier Casimiro; vice president for legal support Igor Maydannik; vice president and head of security Nail Mukhitov; vice president for offshore projects Zeljko Runje; vice president for economics and finance Svyatoslav Slavinsky; and financial director Peter Lazarev.
