Twenty injured in Almaty bridge collapse - rescue service

ALMATY. April 24 (Interfax) - The number of those injured when an unfinished bridge collapsed in the Kazakh city of Almaty on Friday has risen to 20 people, a spokesman for the city's rescue service told Interfax.

"Twenty people have already been confirmed injured. Most of them have been admitted to Hospital No. 7 in Kalkaman," he said.

One person may still be trapped under rubble, he added.
