Implementation of Minsk accords best way to normalize Russia-EU relations - Hollande

YEREVAN. April 24 (Interfax) - French President Francois Hollande has said that implementation of the Minsk agreements on Ukraine would be the best way to restore relations between Russia and Europe.

"Unfortunately, the relations between Russia and the European Union, including between Russia and France, have very much deteriorated recently because of the Ukrainian crisis. I think, to resolve this situation in the best possible way, we need to move towards the implementation of the Minsk agreements," Hollande said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Yerevan on Friday.
