Mutual understanding in videoconference to promote meeting in person - LPR negotiator
MOSCOW. April 27 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) is hopeful the Trilateral Contact Group may meet in person if the April 29 videoconference is a success.
"An meeting in-person is long overdue, but everything will depend on results of the videoconference, on our ability to reach mutual understanding. If we can do so, then we will definitely count on meeting in person in the near future. The main subject we should discuss is the final approval of regulations for the subgroups which is vital for launching them at last" LPR negotiator Vladislav Deinego told Interfax.
He told Interfax earlier the OSCE had invited him to the April 29 videoconference.
A similar invitation was sent to Denis Pushilin, negotiator of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic.
