Mogherini's visit to Russia possible 'when conditions are right' - EU spokesman

MOSCOW. April 28 (Interfax) - The European Union will be ready to organize European Commission Vice President and EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini's visit to Russia when the proper conditions are created for it.

"A visit to Moscow by High Representative of the Union/Vice-President of the Commission Federica Mogherini is a possibility when the conditions are right," spokesman for the EU representative office in Russia Soren Liborius told Interfax on Tuesday.

"The EU has repeatedly said that the full implementation of the Minsk agreement is paramount in bringing political solution to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine," he said.
