Protek board recommends no final dividend for 2014

MOSCOW. April 28 (Interfax) - The board of directors of Russian pharmaceuticals group Protek has approved a recommendation that the company pay dividends for 2014 totaling 1.001 billion rubles, the company said in a statement.

That is the amount Protek has already paid in interim dividends for the first half of 2014 (1.9 rubles per shares). The rest of the company's earnings will be retained.

Protek shareholders will hold their AGM on June 23. The register of shareholders for the meeting closes on May 12.
