Moscow urges intl community to make Kyiv impartially probe May 2 events in Odesa

MOSCOW. May 1 (Interfax) - Moscow believes Kyiv has still not taken tangible steps toward conducting an impartial investigation into the May 2, 2014 tragedy in Odesa, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

"We call on the international community, including human rights organizations and [other] NGOs, to resolutely and fairly seek to make the Ukrainian side conduct a careful, impartial, and unbiased investigation, bring those responsible to justice, and take tangible steps in general to eliminate glaring flaws in the Ukrainian justice system," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement posted on its official website on Friday.
