Leaders of N. Korea, Brazil changed plans on participation in Victory Day celebrations in Moscow - Ushakov
MOSCOW. May 6 (Interfax) - Signals of the intentions of the leaders of North Korea and Brazil to participate in the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War in Moscow were initially received, but their plans were later changed, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov told reporters.
"I can confirm that signals of the possible participation by their leaders in these celebrations were initially received," Ushakov told reporters on Wednesday.
